I decided to keep everything in the 8-10 rep range for the first half of this week. Bodyweight (BW) is up to 184. Rest between sets was 90 seconds
- Pull-ups 3x8 (6+2 jump, 5+3, 5+3) (BW)
- Chin-ups 2x8 (7+1, 7+1) (BW)
- Hanging Rows 3x10 (BW)
- Seated Row 2x10 (80)
- TG Lower Back 2x10 (80)
- TG Vertical Traction 2x10 (90)
- TG Upper Back 2x10 (65)
- Curl 2x10 (45) - went really light here
