Total Body
  • Squat 5x5 (200, 200, 205, 205, 205)
  • Hanging Rows on Rings 6x6 (181bw)
  • Weighted Dips 5x5 (181bw + 25, 35, 35, 35, 35)
Done as a circuit. 1 minute break between squat, row & dips. 2-3 minute break between dips & squat

Rows were done explosively, with a 1 sec hold up top, followed by a slow, 4-second eccentric movement

Primal Diet: rock solid! Grok would be proud!!!
