Crossfit Routines

"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest. Do 8 intervals for the 1st exercises, then 8 intervals for the 2nd, etc:

Pull-ups
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Squats

There is no rest between exercises. Add total reps from all 32 intervals.


Angie - For Time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats


Barbara - 5 Rounds for Time:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats


Chelsea - Each min on the min for 30 min:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats


Cindy - As many rounds as possible in 20 min:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats


Fran - 21-15-9 reps, for Time:
Thruster 95 lbs
Pull-ups


Jackie - For Time:
1000 meter row
Thruster 45 lbs (50 reps)
Pull-ups (30 reps)


Daniel - For Time:
50 Pull-ups
400 meter run
95 pound Thruster, 21 reps
800 meter run
95 pound Thruster, 21 reps
400 meter run
50 Pull-ups
