Lower Body
- Barbell Squats 4x5 (185lbs), 2x3 (205lbs), 2x1 (225, 235)
Kept the weight lower and I did 8 sets instead of 10 to start out. It was probably still too much, and I'm sure I'll feel it the next 2-3 days :D
Diet will definitely be spot on Primal today
