HellsPrawn

  • ½ lb Prawns or Shrimp
  • 4 Slices of Hickory or Applewood Smoked Bacon
  • 1 Clove of Garlic, finely chopped
  • Cajun Seasoning
Clean, de-vein, and remove tails from the Prawns. Cut prawns into bite-sized pieces (If using large shrimp – cut in half). Apply an even coating of Cajun Seasoning. Set aside.

Cut Bacon into ¾ inch pieces. In a skillet cook bacon over medium heat until half way done (about 5 Min.  Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.  Add shrimp and sauté until shrimp is pink all the way through (about 5 minutes).  Serve over "Cauliflower Rice" or as is.

Makes 2 servings
