Today's Workout: Upper Body (PULL)
  • Pull-ups (BW) 1x10
  • Weighted Pull-ups (+10lb Kettlebell) 1x5
  • Weighted Pull-ups (+15lb Kettlebell) 1x5
  • Weighted Pull-ups (+20lb Kettlebell) 1x5
  • Weighted Pull-ups (+25lb Kettlebell) 4x5
  • Weighted Pull-ups (+35lb Kettlebell) 2x5
  • Pull-ups (BW) 1x10
  • High Rows (with bands) 3x10
  • Seated Rows (with bands) 3x10
Stepped it up BIG TIME compared to last week!

Also did P90X® "Ab Ripper X" - 20 reps/exercise

Great Primal Day! For dinner Suz and I made Coconut Pecan Crusted Chicken Strips with a Creamy Coconut Sauce, oven roasted Asparagus, and some homemade Coconut Milk Ice Cream with Roasted Pecans for dessert. Very low carb and deelish!

Net Carbs: 62 grams
