Today's Workout: Squats: 5x5, plus 3x10
  • Warm up: BWx15 , 45x10 , 135x5
  • 190x5 - 5 sets
  • 145x10 - 3sets
  • 500 meter cool down on the Concept II Rower
Diet was perfect again today! It was extremely difficult to fight off the strong urges I had ALL day to consume a tasty craft beer, but I resisted.
