Deep Squats - 225 x 8
Deep Squats - 245 x 8
Squats - 275 x 5
Squats - 300 x 5
Deep Squats - 225 x 8
UBER-Deep Squats - 160lbs x 10
Then I did 5 sets of Deadlifts - 275 x 5

Another landmark: I weighed in at 165lbs today - down 40lbs!!!
