Sorry I have not been active here as of late.
I sustained an injury to my left elbow (forearm and bicep) a few months back and I was trying to work around it, but I kept aggravating it, so I took about 6 weeks off.
I started back up slowly 2 weeks ago, but I didn't post any of the workouts here. I am still injured, but I CAN work around it. I just cant do pull-ups at this time. I have to use exercise bands, dumbbells, and specific Hammer Strength Machines at the gym. It sucks, but it is what it is, and it's better than nothing
