Today's Workout: P90X^® "Chest & Back" - Since I am still sick, I only did the entire 1st half. My head felt like it was going to explode. Still a great workout and I'm glad I pressed through to get it in!

Sick...no workouts

02/23/11 was an EXCELLENT Primal Diet day. got in some Intermittent Fasting, ate ZERO processed crap, and kept my carbs below 50g - Didn't even have a single gram til 3pm - woohoo!!!
